just purchased this print from poster cabaret, a great site with tons of affordable artwork. i especially like blanca gomez's work, as it really appeals to me aesthetically and i just want to plaster the walls of my house with every one of her prints.  

but i guess just one will have to do for now.

i believe this is my 3rd or 4th or 27th time restarting this blog. well, one of my many new year's resolutions is to keep up with updating, even if i am the only who sees it. this resolution is just a piece of my overall resolution, which is to be more productive, creatively, this year. that means more crafting, more cooking, and being more proactive in general. last year was intense with the whole buying a house and getting married thing, but it left little time to do anything else. that, and i became lazy. now i have no excuse to do nothing and i'm going to put my new found free time to use!

let's see how long this actually lasts.
